I am 61,happily married to the love of my life and have 4 great kids (3 boys and a girl), 1 dog and 2 cats. I love my Irish, English ancestry. I have become a much more spiritual person instead of religious. Health is important to me, more so as we all get older so I am now a Nutritional Advisor through Alive Academy . I am very much into and knowledgeable about supplements and have been weight training since I was 18. Life is more enjoyable when we are healthy and fit. I refuse to get old and probably exercise more and eat better than when I was younger. My want is to live to 100 (at least, and healthy too) . Life is not a race, it is a journey. You can do it too! I want to stay healthy until my dying day. I want to stay active, eat healthy, enjoy life and be thankful for all I am and have. I am doing my best to follow my passions.

I am eating a carnivore diet, drinking lots of water, taking good supplements, lifting weights, doing cardio intervals and yoga. And of course walking the dogs. Love my family and am thankful for them and my life.
