Thanks for commenting on my picture and adding me as a friend. I have added you as well. For me watching how much I ate and radically increasing exercise enabled me to succeed. I started slow with walking 30 minutes most days and as I got more fit I added more and differnt kinds of exercise. It took me a while but I idid it. Good luck! 3138 days ago
