Fit Feels Good
It's been many years since I worked out and it has been great - gone from feeling lousy about myself to feeling really good.
I am almost 49, have 4 kids (21, 19, 16, 7) and am itchy to get a job after 12 yrs of raising kids - I just need something to feel good about and this is really helping, so for that I will stick with it.

My Goals:
To lose 10 pounds. To get in shape - shapely, toned, and cardio fit. To feel better about myself.
I lost 20 lbs and am trying to maintain my weight btw 110-115lbs.
My Program:
now in maintainance - trying to eat 1600 - 1700 calories daily. Doing strength training 3x/week, and cardio 3-5x/week to keep my weight balanced.
my weight loss plan-
Eating very carefully - trying to consume at least 1200 cals. but not go over 1600.
Cardio 45 -60 minutes, 4 times a week.
Strength and toning 3-4 times per week.
Personal Information:
Rewards for wt loss-
6 lbs - 1st pair of yoga pants and top - bot May 16, 2011 Yah!
8 lbs - new running shoes - wore 1st time June 29, 2011!
10 lbs - spa treatment - enjoyed a fun pedicure June 24!
12 lbs - get an ipod for my runs
15 lbs - new outfit = fits just right and should encourage me to stay this size!
