The time has come for our Fall Challenge at The Biggest Loser Workout Club! Get ready for some fun workouts, yummy food, and helpful tips because our Fall Challenge starts in t-minus three (3) days!
PURPOSE: I have created this challenge in hopes of motivating our members to stay healthy and active during this Fall season.
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING? I feel that our last team challenge was a big hit, so I'm going to go ahead and keep the layout for the challenge, with a few tweaks here and there:
Wednesday will be our weigh in day, and each week we will post our numbers in a designated spot. There will also be a spreadsheet that I will compile so you can see everyone's progress. Here, I will set it up by teams with the individual members of the team listed as well.
The person and team who loses the most percentage of weight loss for that week is The Biggest Loser for that week!
