I'm counting down the days ya'll!!!

My perspective has changed. I appreiciate and use (not abuse) the gifts God has granted me. I was fat for waaay tooo long and I've been at my plateau for waaay tooooo long! It's time to focus and just do it. I'm counting down the days until I reach my goal!

Here are my goals/daily affirmations:
Daily Affirmations
1. I am so happy and grateful that everyday I can wake up, get up and do something to improve my health and self esteem. Treating my body right makes me feel good and look good.
2. I am a fitness success story. Everyday I choose to eat healthy and work out is a step in the right direction.
3. I am learning more and more about my body, exercise, nutrition and overall health. I will maintain this for the rest of my life so it can benefit me and the kids I dont even have yet.
4. I am celebrating My Birthday in July in a bikini.
5. I am at the gym for every appointment with myself.
6. I eat well proportioned meals and always consider the composition of the meals I am ingesting. I care about what I put into my body and I do not include carcinogens into my body!
7. I stay well hydrated to purify my body and keep me looking youthful.
8. I strive to improve my body every day.
9. I am grateful and feel proud of how I look today and everyday.
10. I deserve to enjoy happiness and a good looking AND healthy body.
11. I am proud to be an example of how hard work and determination can help you realize your potential.
12. I love to look good in my clothes and the more I work out, the better my clothes look!

Ultimate Goal
I am fit and toned, with obvious definition in my arms, butt and abs. My eating habits are consistently healthy choices. I hydrate frequently with water and have ousted soda from my diet. My body weight does not fluctuate more than two pounds and my skin is clear. I am happy with my body and I like the tone I see in my mirror. I am active on a daily basis and my lifes schedule is not complete without exercise. I feel strong and the strength makes me happy.

One Year Goal (May 2012)
I am happy that I have worked to achieve the body and health that I have always wanted. I am proud that I have overcome the psychological impediments to weight loss and proper nutrition. I know that the 18% body fat analysis is a result of hard work over the last year. I knew that hard work in the gym and treating my body right would reward me with my six pack!

Challenge Goal (Sept 1, 2011)
20% BF. Seeing 140 pounds when I step on the scale is a symbol of accomplishment and my determination and hard work. I can do 10 push ups more than I could do three months ago and 70 sit ups is my new number to beat.

One Month Goal: (June 26, 2012)
164 pounds
Lost an inch from waist
35 sit ups w/o rest

Two Month Goal: (July 23, 2012)
155 lbs

Personal Information:
I am my own motivation but I love the insight you can get from different people. Just in browsing the spark pages, I have been inspired. I enjoy circuit training because it's very efficient in calorie burning and you are not forgoing strength training.

I LOVE "BURN THE FAT, FEED THE MUSCLE" becasue it has inspired me to change my life permanently. It provides all of the information I already know and it's formatted to help you psychologically accept those changes you want to make.

On my own, I've lost 80 lbs by doing an hour on the elliptical and an hour a strength training class at Bally's or 24 Hour. It was never easy and I was at the gym at least 4 days a week for two hours at a time.

Right now, I LIVE at the gym. I'm on a very deterimined course. I have a friend that I am doing a challenge with and we push, push, push each other to go a little bit further. We share ideas about workouts, nutrition what is working for each of
