27, 5ft8, Edinburgh, Boyfriend & a dog. Precise and to the point!

So much for 10lbs!!!! I'm sick of this plateau and I need to get off it! My rest of June goal: Get the hell out of plateau place!
--- Goal: Lose 5lbs by 1st July -195lbs ---DONE
----ST Goal: Be at week 6 of C25K by August 1st -- DONE! Even did week 5 twice!
-------- NEW ST Goal: Complete C25K and be at 190lbs by 15th September

21/10/10 New goal! There's 11 weeks til the end of the year - can I do 11 in 11? So 186lbs by new years eve 2010!

This quote is so true, I try to live by it- I meet really nasty, mean people when working in a bank and I have to try very hard not to make mean quips back because I know that when you say something to someone no matter how small or insignificant you may think it is- it could stay with someone forever- so if I'm gonna say anything I try to say something nice- if it's gonna be remembered I want it to be a positive!

My Program:
6 days of cardio 45mins minimum, 4 days strength training (1 day pure weights, 2 days circuits, 1 day as part of a workout DVD)

Marathon team relay training -DONE May 2010

2200-2600 calories per day

8 glasses of water per day MINIMUM
