Hi I'm Linda, Welcome to my page.

I've struggled my entire life with my weight. After being the fat, teased kid all through grade school, I finally had my first major weight loss in jr. high. I lost close to 100 lbs (I was 13). I've been riding the yo-yo ever since. The last time I was thin was in 2000- I got down to 122 lbs (for a day). I then proceeded to double that weight up to 240 lbs- my highest all time weight.

    Hi Linda, Thank you for the comment on my page and for adding me as a friend! That is funny that we joined around the same time and here we are now! I can totally relate to what you're going through. I've been back and forth on this site so many times in the last 9 years, trying to accomplish what I did the first time around. I think I'm finally figuring it out. The true test will be when it comes time to maintain. I find that the more active Spark friends I have, the more support I can give and get, and the better I do with this lifestyle change. It took a while to get back into it, get to know new people, and get back into good habits, but it's becoming second nature again.

    We can do this, and I'm looking forward to doing this with you!
