2015 - warming up for 2016 - great year!


There is no doubt that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and my saviour. I pray that he continues to give me the wisdom, strength and guidance to carry out his plan. His plan is perfect.

Not quite as lofty, but important, I'd like to honor the body he has blessed me with by taking better care and getting in shape. Sparkpeople is great, alot of tools and fellowship.

I am 59, I want to lose 50-55lbs. and stay as healthy as I can.

My Program:
 1200-1500 cal/day
60 mins exercise/day (5X/week)

cut back on sweets and carbs...
