Again, I think its so cool how you ended up down there! I wish you all the best! I know healthy eating can get expensive sadly, and even more so for you it seems. The economy has really restricted our budget for all things including groceries, so I just do the best I can. Keep it up! :)

Hello! I noticed your post on the "how much do you spend on groceries" thread. I live in the US and eat a heavily Asian/Japanese influenced diet, so I found it interesting to see what you're spending! Ouch, more expensive and more running around required than on the East coast in the US!

Wow.. this is so cool that you're in Japan! What made you and your family move down there? I know it must be hard to keep track of your food while you're down there, but you can do it! Im sure there's healthier food to choose down there too as well :)

Wow! Can't begin to wonder how much more difficult logging your food - or worse still, planning what to eat - must be for you in Japan. Definitely sounds like unlimited patience is required. Is there a website which lists Japanese foods online you could maybe find some help from? Here was me thinking I had it hard with all the American foods listed, and I'm only in Australia. Good l uck with finding a way round calculating exactly what it is you eat each day. Just hang in there and keep searching - surely you can't be the only one in your position? Hope not, anyway.
