Introduction Text Hi and thanks for taking the time to get to know me. I took some time away from using Sparkpeople after my first pregnacy and never really got back into it as I got adjusted back into work.. then before I knew it 2 more kids came into my life one after another. I am now 37 and a mom of 3. I am looking to get back on track and trying to find time for exercise within my new lifestyle (and set a good example). I still had some weight i carried after my first baby (i gained alot during all pregnancies ) and I also had my thyroid removed in 2008 (which makes the weight situation much more difficult ). This has all made things worse and the weight piled on fast and takes alot to get off. I would love to see myself reach goal of 140lbs but iam realistic and know my body may not cooperate. Some of my favorite activities are yoga and hiking, both of which i am waiting to get back into now that my 6 week postpartum ok has been given.

I want to reach 140 lbs. Also want to become healthier.

The basics, eat right and exercise. Easier said than done I know. Persistance is key.

I live in Toronto canada.

I love to read and have two book lists (100 books each) that I am working on clearing off.
