My Goals:
I want to be able to take a walk on the beach or an hour hike in the woods to enjoy nature without having to stop and rest so often. In 2020, .I want to continue my water walking and my strength building and weigh at least 25lbs less by Dec 31, 2020.
My Program:
Exercise at least 10 minutes per day and chart my food to be more mindful of making healthy choices in nutrition and activities. Meditate with Headspace each day.
Personal Information:
I retired in 2019 after 40 years in higher education as a college admissions and financial aid director and I am missing my work. Now I am in search of how best to be of service to others in my retirement years. Time will tell as I believe a plan will reveal itself if I trust the universe.
