Introduction Text I have been overweight since the third grade and I have finally lost a significant amount of weight (36 lbs) and I have had to switch my weight loss program because I still have another 31ish lbs to lose to get to my goal. I feel so much better about myself since I've lost the weight and I don't want to lose the momentum now! This is the most weight I've ever lost and I'm very excited to keep it going.

I am doing my goals in stages: Stage 1-Lose 25 lbs: A new little black dress! Stage 2-Lose 50 lbs: A girls weekend! Stage 3-Lose 75 lbs: A tattoo! Stage 4-Lose 100 lbs: A trip to Las Vegas! My newest goal-Run a 5k by spring of 2011! -Finally Reached! New Ultimate Goal-Be a weight watchers leader!

Tracking what I eat, eating smaller portions, meeting/exceeding my calories burned everyday

I am the mother of 2 beautiful children and the wife of an incredible man and I want to ensure that I have the energy and stamina to keep up with all of them!

I am determined to be a better and smaller me, for me.
