Introduction Text Hi, thank you for visiting my page... I have decided that enough was enough, This time I am going to follow trough to the end. I am going to take care of myself. I know its going to be a long and difficult journey, no more exuses. I have just reread this entry and it sounded a bit down to me. I need to adapt a more positive outlook. Instead of long and difficult it will be fun, fast and challenging! It already is, i have finally started to believe that i can do this and everytime i notice a change i feel soooo happy!

My goals are to become thin, figure out why i keep regaining everything i lose, stop emotional eating. I want to look thin, toned, beautiful. For the first time since my teens, id like to fit into a single digit size clothes. I want to go to a store and be able to fit into things from the first try, without having to look for a bigger size. Here are just a few of my many goals...

Iam slowly becoming a gym rat =) i really like going there, it feels like me time. I use an elliptical and do strength training. I love it.



Im a proud mom of two beautiful children, and a wife of a loving man.I enjoy singing, reading , crafts, nature. I make flowers from fabric, paper, clay craft and just about anything that I can get my hands on=) I love my Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only friend that is always there for me in the hardest of times.
