Thanks for the comment on my blog. That 0.5 oz of cheese will work and you get just enough of the melty goodness to not feel deprived. For me that is important. Thank you for reading my blog! I have been trying to weigh only once a week but then sometimes I jump on the scales because of curiosity so tonight I have thought about changing my weigh in to once a month or every two weeks!
