Was - SAGE_RAVEN wanted something fresh and more positive to me.

Wow, how my whole outlook has changed since I first joined. I am so much healthier now both emotionally and physically. It has been a wild wonderful journey. When I started I wouldn't have dreamed I would be kayaking 44 mile challenges, run a half marathon, and be planning to run a full marathon and try a duathlon. I am a better Mom to my son. I am so thankful for the weight loss and almost more dramatic outlook change.

I am only roughly 20 pounds away from my goal. Persistence and all the wonderful support from people especially Sparkpeople made it happen. I know I will get there.

Update 2/10 - I am signed up for a duathlon, and 2 half marathons and am planning on doing a full marathon this year, and of course the river challenge again!

-Lose weight
-Become stronger and have more energy.
-Lessen & manage stress and stop negative thought habits.
-Be a better example for my son.
-Feel better about myself
-Ease stresses


My Program:
-running/walking 3-10 miles each day + vid 3x a week
-strength 5x a week
-yoga 3 times a week 20 min
-100 crunches/100 bridges

Obsessed with finding a job & running better
