    I do wear my Vibrams in classes at the gym as well - strength training, step, etc. I'll even workout on the elliptical in them. Need to do a bit more running in them now, altho looks like it will be a lot of the treadmill since it's so snowy and nasty here right now. But that's a great comeback to the whole arch thing! I've been asked that a lot, about the support. I'll have to use that next time. What did people do for thousands and thousands of years before arch support???? :)

    Zoe - thanks for your comments on my blog - you are absolutely correct about the pricier shoes not being good for you. I think that and just doing too much too soon all contribute to my injuries. I've gotten rid of the expensive shoes, now I need to not do too much too soon.
