    Hi there, The excercising is getting better. The articles have taught me alot about eating & excercising to be a happier, healthier me. I always said I'm on a diet. My diets were starving myself. Never portion size or excercising. Happy I helped you!

    Hi Sarah, I didn't do mediterain diet. It's got to be eating healthy. And eating a sweet or chips in moderation once in awhile..Works for me. Measuring, Weighing foods, lots of veggies & fruits. It's working down 20 lbs. In a little over 2 months.
