Daily Goal: Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day. bi-weekly Reward: pedicure plus ********************* January's Goal: Start posting to my team page weekly. Increase team member participation. start a new spark challenge on team and post daily. Reward: Get my hair conrowed! :) ************

30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week any comination of the following: -30 min walk (17 min/mile) -20-30 min heavy housework -30 min cardio party -10 minutes ab workout -20 min pilates

Learning lots of life lessons lately...boy if this is the end of my thirties, what on earth will my forties be like?!?!

God loves me so why would I offer myself any less! :)
