I actually did go over 2000, when I entered my lunch today I realized I forgot the mushrooms yesterday, doh. Had I realized dinner was gonna be so bad I'd have chosen a better lunch, live and learn. And I do indeed like Betty Crocker and Girl Scout cookies, yum! My range is 1250-1800. 3986 days ago

I did it!!! Actually, I've done it about 4 times now...I love Zumba! Love, love, love it!!! Now I need to find some of those cargo/dance pants to wear...this definitely deserves sassy workout clothes. :) 3988 days ago

Thank you very much Beth! The no smoking isn't doing as well as I'd like. The thing is....I don't even CRAVE them! I don't feel like I physically need a smoke (except for the 2 emotionally stressful days that I had last week), but John smokes and all of my friends smoke so when they do, I feel like I should with them. I will go a couple of days without having one, or go all day without having one and then I will with him or a friend and then the next morning when my chest feels heavy, I'm like "Why did I do that? I didn't even WANT it!" Ugghh! I just need to resist peer pressure and stop doing it at all. Either way.......I think the 3-4 smokes a week is still better than it was. I just need to ignore the others around me and not do it at all! And the drinking doesn't help that either! My birthday is Friday so I plan do drink copious amounts of alcohol that night but after that.......it's on the straight and narrow there too!!! 4065 days ago
