    Most days eating 3 meals isn't a problem then there are days that I'm just not hungry at mealtime especially lunch. That's when I usually make myself a smoothie.
    I have enjoyed being clustermates with y'all. I hope everyone had a successful challenge. I won't make my 5% but working on ending challenge with a loss.

    Hello Busy Bee! I don't really have a problem with getting 3 meals a day. I always keep healthy meal replacement bars and shakes handy in case something comes up that I have to rush out before meal time. This happens sometimes when Hubby wants me to go somewhere with him right at that moment. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hello Busy Bee. This week's challenge is to provide tips on eating 3 meals per day. That isn't a problem for me! I know that my body doesn't do well when I don't eat three meals per day. Do you struggle to eat three meals per day? I'm glad to see that this week's challenge is freggies. I just purchase some pre-cut and pre-cleaned fruits and veggies so this shouldn't be a challenge for me. I hope you have a great Sunday and great rest of the week! Julie
