Introduction Text Starting over. Again... 26 years old, almost 27 I'm ready to make a change in life...Not losing weight only, but to live a happier, healthier life. I want to do it no matter how long it takes! I am actually quite good at eating whats right for me. I know that my father has high blood pressure so before that even happens to me I started to watch my sodium intake very carefully. I also have diabetes in the fam and want to try my hardest to prevent that. Now to the problem...Working out! I hate it with a passion, I get bored VERY easily and so I started Zumba at home. I adore Zumba. It's honestly saved me from being the lazy couch potato I would have been and was! My mental health is improving every day. I no longer feel depressed or have extreme anxiety. I feel more confident and I haven't really lost much weight yet. Just knowing I'm trying my best at something makes me gain the confidence I need and motivation to keep going. 4/24/10~First Goal: Fit into my Capris by June! ~D.O.N.E Goal For 8/29/10: Successfully complete C25K and run my first 5k. Ultimate Goal: Weight 165lb and be in "normal" BMI. Also run every day! Would like to accomplish all of this and more before Summer 2011! 5/20/10~~QUIT SMOKING!!!

I would like to eventually lose 100 lbs. I would like to have a mini goal of losing 10% of my body weight which helps reduce some health risks. I want to be happy with myself for once. Want to train and run first 5k in Aug 2010!

Eating 1200-1500 calories a day Drinking 8-10 cups of water Tracking everything.

I like to watch: The Office, Sex and the City, Scrubs My favorite Movies are Comedies. My favorite music is Rock and I'm pretty good at Rockband ;P
