Well I made a 3 bean veggie soup which consist of sweet potato, zucchini, carrots, cabbage and a can of 3 bean medley.... I also added a garlic, chicken base and a scotch bonnet pepper for flavor. It's kind of weird having soup without any meat in it...but I must admit...it smells great! #teamveggies 🙌
My afternoon snack with a bottle of H2O🍹 14 crisps = 90 calories I would have went to Mc D's if I had not made this change.
Well I made some kind of steam stir fry...without the fry! Lol! Steamed broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini with 10 shimps....steamed as well! Added seafood and all purpose seasoning to enhance the taste! Dinner it is!🍴☺#VeggieLife

Driving by tht darn Dairy Queen again...😢😤 When I got home I Googled how much calories my beloved Peanut Buster has....all I have to say is after I saw it, I settled for a 100 calorie Special K bar.
