day 3 of my streak for "Log in to SparkPeople every day" earned 2/15/2017Happy April. You can do it!!!Just a reminder:My view as I worked out this morning! I live a mile from the ocean so I took my laptop and did Jillian Michaels at the park (free wifi there)! It was so refreshing! I love a good AM workout! ❤️Love this:I needed this motivation today. Did you?!Don't give up. All those small changes ARE making a difference.Good Morning!I made a nourish bowl for dinner and it was so good. Their was quinoa underneath, sautéed kale, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and chickpeas. I made a dressing with tahini and lemon juice.Just got in a great workout! I live near Boston and we are getting a bomb cyclone/nor'easter! I walked through the snow and wind, took some photos, got a coffee and walked home! Great workout!I have more of a reason to get fit now! I'm getting married! Setting up some goals and meal plans to keep me on track! I can do this.Yes!! Good advice!I need this today!This is fantastic advice! A lot of times I feel like I get caught up in losing weight "to be skinny" but really it's about gaining strength and endurance and living a better life overall!I feel like this picture about sums it up for me as far as February's goals! Don't get discouraged waiting for big results. Feel proud of each step of your journey!It's leg day for me...not feeling it at all BUT skipping my workout is not an option. Their is no excuse as to why I can't workout so here I go!!I kept putting off my workout but I finally did it. 30 min lower body workout. My legs were on fire. Then tonight, my fiancée and I decided to have a Wii Fit date and I did another 22 mins of cardio (running and advanced step aerobics). Double the soreness but totally worth it! 💪❤️Just because it's the weekend you should still strive to achieve your goals and not negate the progress you made during the week!
