day 7 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 2/7/2017
I am finally back on track... I lost another pound making it a total of [15 pounds] gone since I started a couple of months ago. I still have over 100 pounds to lose to be at my 'ideal' weight. It is one day, one week, one month at a time. Consistency, proper perspective, and forgiving oneself for mishaps is the key to weight loss success.
