Fasting from lunch Monday to lunch Tuesday with only and apple for dinner, a small apple. Drinking lots of water.Starbucks today, first a chicken sausage and bacon biscuit for breakfast/lunch and than got my star reward a free salad to have for dinner. I am also going to have an apple and a cutie for my two snacks. I have my meals planned for the day. I think planning my meals is a good idea.Keeping my hands busy so no mindless snacking i made hubby a Native American inspired necklace using bison bone beads and wood beans. Hubby and i ate part native.I asked my hubby to support me in my fasting and on eating days my not snacking all evening. I was able to not binge for over a week now, my goal is a streak of 21 days. You do some thing for 21 days it is s habit. I can do this with the help and support of my loving hubby.Good week, Two out of three fasting days, lost 3.2 pounds for a total of little over 11 pounds since i started liquid fasting againLost 14 lb in April doing fasts 3x weekWe did it tied the knot. After 14 years together and living together for over 6 it was time to get marriedPosted a photoDoing great on 5% challenge team even though i was busy with a wedding and move to new apartment.Went up a rank in Spring 5% challenge for posting my exercise every day. I am doing good on the challenge having lost a little over my 5% weight loss. I am doing low carb. I talked to my nutritionist and he is happy with what i am doing and my results.I stopped a binge before it happened by getting on Spark People and reading posts from team mates on my Spark teams.Doing low carb reached goal of being what I weighed before hubby fall. Also May 6th got marriedI bought myself a reward to celebrate my reaching a goal. I love turquoise, it is my birth store, and turtles are my spirit animal. This bracelet was the perfect reward for a job well doneReached new level in Spring 5% challenge by exercising every day and getting out in the sunshineWoke up blue and not wanting to get out of bed until i read this thst a team leader posted. It made me see that my life is really great,!!!Every day should be filled with doing things that keep you happy and away from stress and comfort foods.
Today i am taking walks and hanging out at Starbucks doing my Sparking.Summer goal lose 5% that is 8.6 pounds.Earned a badge with the Summer 5% challenge for posting and keeping on task all weekI sm going to wear my bracelet to remind me to eat rightMid week and i have reached my goal of weekly exercise. I try to do ,180 minutes of walking a week. I try to walk for 30 minutes every day but some days that doesn't happen so i make up for it by walking more on days i can get out for the day. I am the main caretaker of my disabled hubby. Now to keep it up and not have a lot of carbs.Reached a new level for tracking my exercise every day all week. I may only at this time be walking for 30 but that is with a leg that hurts so i am doing pretty good!!!!!I lost some weight again this week. I took off 2 pounds i put on last week. I am not doing good on the 5% challenge because i am smoking weed and getting the munchies. I am snacking to much in the evening. I am going to stop smoking weed. It was fun but not as much fun as losing weight i want offGot my 10,00 miles in today walking to the supermarket and around the Farmer's market. I got good buys on white peaches, plums, hot peppers, corn, two kinds of grapes and treated hubby and me two big whole wheat oatmeal cookies. #BeforeAndAfter the dates under my photos is wrong, the before is from 2011 before Spark People.Reached new level in the Summer 5% Challenge from doing my challenge task everyday. The reward of Ruby level is nice but what is nice is i am getting healthier and losing weight.Well some weight is coming off with Summer 5% Challenge. Have sprain my knee but still taking my walks. Am eating on track staying in my allotment for the day.I have planned every meal and am only eating 3 meals a day and no snacking. I am staying in my allotment for the day. And the scale liked me, for the last three weeks i have lost 2 pounds a week. I have made no foods "no foods " eating what i want in moderation and it is working. I am not going hungry. I am walking everyday or doing an exercise video with a sprain knee. If i can do it so can you, WE CAN DO THIS!!! #BeforeAndAfterReached a new level in the 5% Challenged by tracking my exercise and doing other simple challenges every day. I like the challenges as they are helping me to get healthier and strongerLast week i won a medal in the 5% weight loss challenge for losing 50% of my weight loss goal. I did this even though i have a sprained knee and had chocolate cake most every day. I did it by walking 30+ minutes a day and counting calories. If i can do it so can you !!!#BeforeAndAfter
The before photo is from 2011 the date under it is when i posted it on Spark People. I joined Spark People because i was unhappy with the way i looked in this photo. I am counting calories and have lots a lot of weight so far over half way to goal. I lost 9 pounds this month alone. I had two eggs 1/4 cup cheese scrambled topped with Sriracha sauce and a slice of dry whole wheat toast. I had a glass of sparkling water with that.BreakfastNew month new start to get it right. Have been off track for some time. I am going back to doing what i was doing before, rewarding myself with stickers on my calendar when i stay on track. And only having two days a week that i eat one treat food.My hubby is a functioning quadriplegic regaining use of his arms legs slowly. Today i am going to be grateful for the simple things i can do that he can not. I am going to thank the great creator and fell truly blessed.I drink way too many caffeine drinks in a day and am having problems with anxiety attacks. I saw a Native American herbalist and am drinking herb teas in the afternoon and only 4 Starbucks green teas in the morning.Today's goal drink lots water!!!! Wash away carb/water weight gain that might happen when i get on the scale. Today is weigh in day.I am tracking all my foods for the day and was glad to see my cake for today has calorie count on it. Will eat half todayToday's goal eat on the low side of Spark people allotment for the day for me. I started with Starbucks reduced fat turkey sandwich and ice green tea with sugar free raspberry syrup.Today is Hubby's birthday and i am have a thin slice of cake and small bowl ice cream. Goal is to not go back for seconds. I can do it!!Made my vision board yesterday and have it posted right where I can see it right where I am most of the time. I will be able to see it clearly so I will be inspired to stay on track. I have come a long way but I thought I had come far enough and started eating what ever junk food I wanted and weight is going up again. I need to nip this in the bud and get back on track.I am trying some thing new to bust the Plateau I've been on for over a year now, I am going to eat off a 7 inch plate eating a little over a cup of food a meal. I am eating 3 meals and 2 snacks.Plans changed and went out to eat where i over ate on fried mini shrimp and french fries, i feel sick now. No dinner tonight!!!

Hubby and I both woke up in great moods. The scale even liked me down 2 pounds this week. I have been eating on track and getting in a few walks. We did not do our usual over eating take out food/pay day meal and I think that helped. I did not give in to chips, candy or cookies, either
Sciatica has stopped hurting, and that helps with my walks.
