A awesome ending to my day. I am proud of my progress, it's only been 8 days, but it's a start to a better and more healthy life

I am trying to get a new hobby, as well as the gym and cardio, to mix it up a little. I must cycling is challenging and I respect anyone male or female that does it as a sport or craft, either way itโs a craft. A very challenging sport, to say the least.
