Just started reading Ballerina Body by Misty Copeland. So far mental health is a big part. I'm excited to see what the exercises are. I can't wait to reach my goal weight so I can go see her perform in person!!
Not even two weeks post surgery and I got to workout instead of going to class. We're learning about viruses and ironically my teacher has a virus. I think this was a great use of my class time.
It took 4 months, but I got my rowing machine set up! So excited for rowing!!!
Workout, check. Weigh in, check. Down 17.9 lbs since the beginning of the year!! And it's not even 6:00am
Cleaning with bleach after being contagious with strep throat. Hopefully I'll be able to work out soon.
Ate way too much food yesterday. Getting back on track today. Started the day off right with rowing and an omelette! Time to study, finals are less than a week away! And I saw this on my way into class. Putting aside politics, I thought it was humorous.
