No excuses.See this image largerI have a vase with glass bead representing all the pounds I want to lose. When I lose the pounds I put the beads into a mug I won in a 2k race when i first started. So now I have 38 in the mug. I am now approaching the part that is hard for me. 30 pounds to Onederland. So I took the next 10 beads and put them on my treadmill. I put 10 beads up on my treadmill for the last 10 pounds. The last 2 were hanging there. Then the last 1. So today I get up jump on the scale and get 219. So I toss the one in the gone cup and grab another from the pounds to go jar and make that a goner. So I decided I was going to put 21 up next to get me to Onederland. A place I have not been in 30 years. I only had to put up 20 so that is a good start.
