What do you guys think about Counting your exercise calories toward total daily intake? I did it before and lost almost 20lbs by working out hard & tracking calories but gained it all back and then some when I got back into junk food again :( now I'm going hard again& working out lots. I like to include it to up my available cals so I don't feel so hungry & I lost weight before like this. Any of you lose weight while working out and adding burned cals into your daily allowance of cals? Thanks!!
My #1 reason to get to goal is to feel comfortable and sexy with this gorgeous specimen I get to call my husband - hopefully by this summer I can feel really attractive and secure around him ??????????
I pretty much always stick my belly out whenever I'm not thinking about it. I hate it because I used to be so good about keeping my tummy muscles semi contracted at all times and I can't help feeling it would help me lose my "pooch" if I could just start being really aware of it again. Any tips on how to keep reminding yourself to hold your tummy "strong"?

Not sure if anyone knows this just by looking at it ? It is the first time after weeks of starting it that I have had a chance to move the rocks to the other jar! Was not focusing before but being kind of careful recently - now I am going to try very hard - I need to do this, I need to give it a much better effort and I will feel much better I know - 4 down & 31 to go!! Please remind me that I CAN do this!!? I need to give myself a kick in the butt!

HIGHLY Recommend THIS book !! It's so cute made out like a comic but all about how she lost weight and has created a great lifestyle to keep it off ! "The big skinny: how I changed my fattitude" by Carol Lay awesome book!
Need to get rid of this pudge π birthday parties all weekend with my 7 yr old son and I need to be sure to keep a very strong amount of control to myself - I need to keep on track and not let any sweets or treats derail me - oct 9th is my BIG goal and each Monday is weigh in day - I WILL lose 30+lbs !!
Mmmm breakfast!! (Well, more like brunch!) Did all my calorie calculations for this so I can eat and enjoy knowing I'm doing my tracking :) love a good brunch to help keep you from eating junk and going off track - EGGS ROCK!! π³

Look her up and try her great workouts - she has a Facebook page too & I am part of her members only site which is around $20 a month but VERY worth it for motivation & exercises ππ here is a pic of me & my kitchen sunshine reminds me to look at the bright side in life !
Lost over 5lbs yay !! Need to keep working hard at it - 5lbs is nothing really of course but to someone struggling it feels so good and makes me realize my hard work WILL pay off if I stay consistent- now time for a good jog & some weights !! And then I get to go move some of my weight loss stones into the pounds lost jar!! π

Time to run and read my weight loss work book by sugar free Sheila - she has a great resource with recipes and information at www.sugarfreesheila.com she helped me lose weight many years ago by reading all her info and following her guides now I will go back to her again and still use other good guides I use too

Keep losing my darn Fitbit zip!! Itβs so small and I leave it clipped on pants but also it CAN fall off and now Iβm freaked it may have been lost somewhere when I was out doing errands π thinking that I should ask for a different type of Fitbit for my bday but does anyone have a suggestion on what is the BEST one? The zip is just super basic only tracks steps and links to a pretty nice phone app
