See this image largerI made another weird breakfast. 1/4 cup oats, one serving of egg whites, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 serving of cheese. I put the oats and milk in the microwave for 30 seconds, then added the egg whites and cheese. Then microwaved for a minute. Then for another minute at 15 second intervals. It's a solid, like a soft bread, but with a creamy texture. Taste like oatmeal with cheese. 300 calories, 33 carbs, 10 fat, 18 protein, 4 fiber.See this image largerGood morning spark world! See this image largerMy lunch. I won't lie, 424 calories, 47 carbs, 20 fat, 18 protein and 9 fiber. But I will be grazing on this for a bit and I still have 600 to a 1000 calories left for the day.
