Down 23 lbs since June 1. This app REALLY helps, along with the food scale I bought and much gym sweat. 296 to 273. Keep posting, I don't post much but I get a lot out of what I read and see on here!
Down 28 lbs since mid June. 40 more to go. :)
My savior when I have a sweet craving :)
A half and half mixture of these two keeps me from buying sodas. (sometimes I go full on the ginseng one, but it is sweetened with Splenda so I try to avoid too much of it. )
Not feeling it, but doing it anyway. These effing pounds have to GO.
My backyard this morning. Balloon Fiesta starts next week. I love my hometown of Albuquerque.
If you get a sweet craving and have 180 calories to spare AND want 18g of protein AND want something filling, this is an awesome bar.
