I'm struggling to keep from eating disorders and damaging behaviors...whether it is compulsive over eating, anorexia, or bulimia. As I go through my trauma healing journey I feel very unbalanced with food. After some criticism my anxiety surrounding food is tremendous. Instead of just starving myself like I began to yesterday in humiliation, I will instead give myself a strict diet beginning tomorrow of clean and fat burning foods. 1200 calories a day. #BeforeAndAfter
Today was a big cheat day and too early on. Will do better. First goal is to get back into the 100s by the end of Oct. Today's weight: 206. 4 lb loss. First Walk/Jog" tornado or hurricane-like weather, lots of good inclines and the cutest 15 lb weight strapped to my chest and asleep for most of the journey...I used to run 4 miles a day so this seems so minimal but I know this is a good start and it feels refreshing in the autumn air.
