LATE DINNER
One of the benefits of veganism? Sometimes, you can really eat heaps of food, yet not go overboard on calories.
Today's dinner consists of:
Tofu, crimini mushrooms and spinach scramble, wilted seasoned arugula, steamed broccoli florets, peeled and deseeded cucumber, jicama, mixed nuts (pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts) and a nice glass of chocolate plant protein & greens shake.
