I bought a house, my band has been busy entertaining the masses, and this time of year is just hard for me (I lost my mom in December 9 years ago so Christmas isn't exactly my favorite holiday). The stress of everything and grabbing fast food while packing, unpacking, etc has taken a toll and I've sadly gained back 10 pounds... so it's time to redirect my focus to my goals and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!See this image largerI needed to remind myself of this...
