This is my lunch on the 16th day of the 21 day fix. Ive so far lost 5lbs and 15.7 inches!This is my dinner with a strawberry and banana fruit smoothie! Yummy!I got my 30min lower body DVD in. And ive lost another 1lbs and 3.5 inches! Yeah me!My dinner for my 17th day on the 21 day fix! Yummy!Just finished another 30 min workout of pilates! Trying to keep my pace up!My breakfast on my 18th day of the 21 day fix, with a mango, banana, strawberry green tea fruit smoothie! Yummy!Did my workout for the day now im off to the kingdom hall for my meeting!Just got done with my meeting at the Kingdom Hall! I got a lot of spiritual food out of it! Boy am I blessed!My dinner on the 18th day of the 21 day fix! Boy do i love tilapia and broccoli! Mango fruit blend black tea smoothie with flax seeds! Yummy!Just finished 30 mins of cardio fix DVD! Now its back to my bed to watch Let's make a deal and The price is right!Did 30 mins of cardio fix DVD and 20 mins walking today! I logged all of my food in and stayed under my calorie goal! Woohoo me!My dinner on my 19th day of the 21 day fix!Work out done! Now off to therapy!At my therapy appointment! Woohoo!Just came back from therapy, waiting for my social worker to drop off my medication. I did my dirty 30 DVD today and walked for 26mins so I'm proud of myself!My dinner on the 20th day of the 21 day fix! With a black tea smoothie! Yummy!Can't sleep so I'm going to get up and exercise early!My dinner for my last day on the 21 day fix before i start round 2! Woohoo!My planet fitness black membership card! Yes goals achieved!50 mins on the bicycles 6.19 miles! Woohoo!I could only do 10 mins on the treadmill cause my feet started hurting! Now im getting a massage in the massage chair! Woohoo!Exercise for the day done! 50 mins on the bicycles and I went 6.19 miles! I only did 10 mins on the treadmill but my feet were hurting! So I got a massage! Yea me!Dinner for tonight! I didnt eat that much today cause i only had an apple for breakfast! And i went to the gym 2 today!Goal achieved! I burned 2,492 calories today! Woohoo!Lost another 2lbs! Yea me! Success!On my way to the gym before I have to go to the Kingdom Hall this afternoon for my meeting!Workout done! Breakfast ate! I did 50 mins at the gym on the bicycles 5.89 miles and 15 mins on the treadmill at 0.5 miles! Im trying to build up my endurance on the treadmill but my feet be hurting! Lol!My healthy lunch for today! Im applying myself and accomplishing my goals! Managed to stay in my calorie range for today! My stats for today! Lol!My dinner for tonigh on day 4 of round 2 of the 21 day fix! Yummy! Ive been looking forward to this all day!Black tea, peach and strawberry smoothie with flax seeds and honey! Delicious!Did 30 mins of Cardio, now waiting for my social worker to come take me grocery shopping. Then it's eat lunch and off to the gym for my daily workout!Blueberry, cherry, pomegranate and kale black tea smoothie! Yummy!My healthy organic dinner! I have to eat a little early today because im being picked up by my social worker for a Dr's appointment with the hematologist for my Lupus!My stats for today! Not quite as good as yesterday but im getting close to 10,000 steps!Breakfast a Cinnamon and raisin bagel plus a summer blend anf kale black tea smoothie! Im starving tonight and had extra carbohydrates left so im having 2 potatoes! I still stayed under my calorie goal today! Yea me!So far so good!
