This was my cool down after the stairmaster..53 minutes and 500 calories burned..Today I went up to Lev 3 ..I love the way I feel afterwards and my feet hurt less than they do after the treadmill!!
Here is the hand petal machine..perfect if you can't run, walk, stand because of injuries..I burned 102 calories in 20 minutes tonight after my stairmaster 53 minutes
My lunch
I was only able to do 30 minutes on the stairmaster...it wore me out and so I finished up on the treadmill 8.0 incline for 61 min ..so if one machine happens to be kicking your butt one day just move to another....
When you are craving potato chips but don't want the fat= home made baked no oil just cooking spray and salt and onion powder..my son had most of them...the potato skins tasted like wedges so dipped in catchup...craving gone
My walking buddy today....Soo lucky to live this close to a beautiful lake!! Not to mention..living in San Diego

My motivation board!! Felt like a kid again to make it!! I need to not go to the gym tonight!! Forcing myself to rest a little ..I did go this morning though!
This is how I am spending my Friday evening...at the gym.. just did 49 minutes on the treadmill and now on the bike....I feel so much better now than I did this morning...these sketchers have to go though..they are new bit hurt my feet darn it ..they are broken in but they feel like they are breaking my feet ouch!!
I went 2x this morning ..first time did 50 min on the stairmaster, the crunch machine and than drove home to pick up the kids to take them to the kids gym room...did 50 min on the bike...and the sauna...not bad for Saturday.. gonna work hard tomorrow than have a mini break for the Superbowl...will eat my text Mex layer dip with tortilla chips..but no other junk for me tomorrow.. I AM WORKING TO HARD TO EAT CRAP...happy weekend to you all

My morning...still have an evening workout...felt great today..all that food from yesterday gave me energy..I guess it is ok to go over on calories once in a while...as long as you are exercising regularly!! Glad the eagles won!! Have a wonderful Monday

I will not let this plateau get me down ( for good)...weighing 236 sucks when I should be at least 100 pounds lighter but it sure is better than 253...I wish I could brake through though..why did it happen only a month after starting..16 pounds the first month!! I guess I am doing too much but I can't seem to back off or take a rest day!! I don't want too...need some inspiration please tell me I am not alone!!. I at least got a good night's rest and gym at 0800. Happy Saturday!!

My morning...workout and 1 turkey/mole tamale for breakfast...
Not bad for a Friday evening...I went earlier in the day and could only do 20 min on the stairmaster and a 45 min walk on the treadmill..felt tired and exhausted the entire time.but tonight it felt wonderful...the pizza got burned for sure....
I'm having a slice of this cake my SIL made for out little dinner party..still withing my calorie range by several hundred today... yummy. Moderation is key .haven't had any cake or chocolate since Christmas..I Love that I can eat anything I want on occasion and Still lose weight...exercise makes this possible...let's see how my weigh-in goes on Friday eek
Just got back from my walk. Didn't realize how many hills my neighborhood has ..love living in So Cal!! Soo glad I didn't have to go to the gym...the thought had me digging in my heels this am...
2 workouts today 2 and a half hours total of cardio. Day 2 of Low carb/KEto waiting on my strips to see if I get into ketosis..can't wait to start burning fat

All of a sudden it went back down and then some...30 pounds from Jan 2nd.....wow just wow...I'm feeling much better today..24 pounds until my first goal..can wait to see onederland....

Keto crab cakes...blue crab with oldbay...fried in coconut oil and butter coating is a mix of coconut flour almond flour and a little parmesan.,l used bell peppers cabbage and green peppers inside with egg, mayo, seasoning...soo yummy
I live Keto!! It is the perfect eating plan along with Intermittent fasting....holds the key to losing weight and not feeling deprived while doing so..I started low carb on March 1st weighing 229..today 4 weeks later 219....I even get to eat pizza, bacon, chocolate chip cookies......low carb versions but just as delicious...I'm so happy I found a diet that works with my diabetes....I was hungry all the time..doing the Standard American Diet..Keto for Life!!!
Had a great workout this am...my daughter made me try her jeans last night. I thought they wouldn't get over my hips..all the way buttoned and a bit snug but not too much. .I was in shock..size 14...I am 215 and 5ft3...imI think all this walking and incline treadmill is definitely slimming me down..now if I can just start doing weights..oh and I still haven't taken a rest day..today was day 110...straight days of working out..and I can't believe almost done my 2nd month on Keto...love it
My Keto chili...breakfast/lunch...I love this way of eating..I fell off and gained 20 pounds..need to get back to 203..and than push from there...I'm on schedule to be 35 pounds less than I was a year ago..even with my fall....I gotta keep pushing
