I eat those Larabars after my workouts and it sends my fat percentage through the roof. Even if I eat ground turkey it is the same thing. I just don't know how to lower my fat.This is the first time I have every done this! Right on the dot! I even checked my past days just to make sure it wasn't frozen. Yay!! 💪☺👍Posted a photoWeigh in day was about what I expected. I gained .4 oz. We ate out almost everyday this past week. I looked for what I assumed was the healthiest thing on the menu. But as you know, you truly don't know how they are cooking your food. So instead of being disappointed or upset I am changing things up. No more eating out for dinner everyday and drink more water. I will not let this derail me like I have in the past. I will stay strong and motivated.I decided to weigh myself a couple of days after my my weigh in on Friday and I am down 2 more lbs! I figure it was water weight that I was retaining. That's 20 lbs gone in less than 2 months!Down 2 more pounds! That's a total of 21 pounds in 10 weeks. I don't know if I will reach my mini goal I had set by Christmas but I won't fret it too much. Any weight loss is better than none.Another 2 lbs gone! I have lost 28 lbs total so far. I have noticed so many changes over the past couple of months. I have been jogging in intervals, my clothes are fitting looser, and my bath towel now closes. I didn't think I would lose any considering I had 3 Christmas dinners and enjoyed an abdunance of chocolate chip cookies. Woot woot!! 💪🤘🏆This is the second time I have managed to do this! Woohoo! Usually my fat is a little higher. I am happy! 😁Down 1.5 pounds!! I started exactly 3 months ago and I am now down 25 pounds! 💪🏆👍😁I found out today my Grandma is in congestive heart failure. They don't expect her to live much longer. So I am going out of town to be with her. I hope while I am gone I can stick with my healthy habits. But I am afraid that it will take a back seat. I really hope I can stay strong, stay strong for my grandma and my weight loss.Lost a 3.8 lbs for the month of January. Not too bad considering 2 weeks of the month I spent out of town visiting/caring for my Grandma. Hopefully February will be a less stressful month. It is also my birthday and anniversary next month!My first full week back home and back to it and I am down 1.6 lbs! I am 7 lbs away from my first goal and I will also be in "onederland". Woohoo! 💪👍🚶Weekly weigh in. I am down another 1.4 pounds. I am 5.2 pounds away from my first goal. 😀💪Here is to being another year older. Hopefully this is the year I hit my goal weight. I am a year older and 33 lbs lighter. 😀💪👍
Happy Valentine's Day everyone! 💗💖I didn't lose a full pound (.8 lb) this week, and I am ok with that. My birthday was last week and I enjoyed all that came along with it. Now it is back to hitting the grind stone. I try to aim for a 1.5 lbs weight loss a week. So here is to a new week! ☺👍💪I didn't have the greatest night. I got a call that my Grandma is in the beginning stages of passing. The nurse is saying she is no longer there mentally. Last night I was so devastated that I made myself a fattening sandwich and chips. I had done so good during the day and everything went out the window with that one call. Today is a new day and I am going to remind myself of the saying below the next few days. 😞My Grandma has passed away. She fought for as long as she could. She was ready to go be with my Grandpa again. I am completely devastated right now. I hope I can get my new car like I am planning. I don't want to miss her funeral. 😭
I am not going to stress if I have a slip up while I am going through all this. I will try my hardest to stay the path but I am just trying to hold it together right now.It has been a rough few days. Since my Grandma passed I have not worked out and haven't eaten like I should. I have just been trying to make it through the day without breaking down.
Today I am going to try. I will eat as healthy as I can and go to the park for my workout. I just have to take each day as it comes. I have to try and pick myself up and continue with my life.I haven't worked out in 2 weeks. The first week I dealt with my Grandma passing and then got sick. The second week I was still recovering and had to go out of town to the funeral. Today it is back to my normal routine. I worked out at the park and have been eating healthy. Hopefully life settles down so I can go back to focusing on me.I am moving on. 😊I lost 4 lbs this week after not losing for 2 weeks. Which finally put me in "onederland"! I have not been here since before my 6 year old was born. I am super excited and proud of myself.#NSV Today I had family members comment on my weight loss. It feels awesome to know my hard work is starting to show. 😁😁This has nothing to do with my weight loss journey but if I could have you guys send positive thoughts my way I would greatly appreciate it! I have a job interview Wednesday and really need/want this job. Things have been so rough since December it would be nice if something went my way. So let's hope for the best!Did good all day until we ate mexican food for dinner. 😕😕It's not everyday I reach these goals. Too bad my food intake doesn't match.The month of March I spent most of the time losing the same 4 lbs. My weight would go up and down. It was my fault as I was not eating what I should have. I had more junk food days then healthy days. I am recommitting to eating healthy for the month of April. Hopefully some big changes are coming up this month. I am keeping my fingers crossed and I am super excited.April is starting off pretty good. I start a new job Thursday. I got a job working as Housekeeping for a Holiday Inn. It was between that and working in the office. I decided to take Housekeeping so I have an active job. I am sure for the first few weeks I will be exhausted as I haven't worked in 5 and a half years. But once I get in a routine I will figure out how to get workouts in. I already have my plans for food. I am super excited about what is in store for me. 😁I started my job today. This is what 10 hours at an active job gets you. I am exhausted that's for sure. 😴💪I am loving the activity level of my new job. Although it does take a toll on the body by the end of the day.I could use some input. My active level has jumped drastically. I went from being a SAHM to having a very active job. Is it ok that my calories are this low? I eat all meals and snacks but my calorie intake is hard to get higher then 1600. Any advice is appreciated.I have a question for people that may know. Am I eating enough calories? I am having to add junk to meet my calorie goal. I eat healthy for breakfast and lunch and add junk to dinner.So here I am restarting my journey after I hit pause on it back in May. I started a new job, and honestly I got lazy and exhausted. I lost 50 lbs in a 7 month period and I am looking to lose the rest now. Please wish me luck while I go down this journey. Again.Weigh in day! I lost 2 lbs this week! Woohoo! 💪🏆I was really hoping to get some good exercise in on my days off but we have rain and cold temps moving in. I guess I will make 1 day my rest day and will do workout videos the next day. 😁😁So all my jeans and shirts from last year are extremely baggy on me. So today I went out and bought some new clothes. I am down a shirt and pant size. Yay!!Weigh in day! Down another 2 lbs!! 🏆💪😁Day 1... Again... But this time around will be different. I have a goal to work towards. Me and my bestie are going on a girl's trip this summer so we are working towards this goal together. Wish me luck!! 😁🏋🏆🍎Day 1 in the books. I ate all healthy meals but the amount of calories were a little high. So I need to find a low calorie night time snack. Today is a new day with new choices. 😁😁Weigh in day: Week 1 and I am down 4 lbs. It has been a hard week trying to get started again. But I know I can do this! 🏆🏋I lost 50 lbs between Oct 2018 and April 2019. I stepped on the scale last month and was so disappointed in myself. I put 14 lbs back on. This old photo to the left popped up in my news feed the other day. My jaw just dropped. So I put that photo and my new beginning photo side by side and it is just what I needed to see. It is so motivating. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.Weigh in day: Down 3 lbs in 2 weeks! Wut wut! 💪🏆🏋Weigh in day: I gained a pound and a half. 😕 I keep telling myself weight loss is a roller coaster that goes up and down. Some weeks you lose, some you don't. For the month of January I lost 7.5 lbs and I am down 1 inch off my waist. Woohoo! 🤗💪🏆I am having a hard time today. I am wanting to make poor food choices. So I am coming on here to avoid messing up.All the time! 😁😁Me as I head out the door for CG. 💤💤💤Weigh in day: Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight this week. It has been like this since I started. One week I won't lose, the next week I will lose 2 to 3 lbs. Sometimes it can be discouraging but I am in this for the long haul. I got this! 💪💪Started this birthday with a pound and a half gone! I am going to spend the day at Valentine's parties at my kids school then an early dinner with my family to avoid the mad rush later. My kids made me a cake so I will also enjoy that today as well. I am one lucky lady! ☺☺☺🤗🤗🤗I am one lucky lady! My wonderful husband took me to breakfast this morning and gave me a laptop and roses, my oldest made me a cake and left me this note on our fridge, and my littles and I had a dinner date. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to wish me a happy birthday. 🤗☺😁🎈🎊🎉I'm so disappointed in myself. 😞😞 Ever since my birthday I have been struggling to eat right. I start the day off strong and end weak. While I am at work I am not able to eat lunch so when I get home I am gorging on whatever I can find. I have to find things that I can eat while I work.Since everyone is posting pictures of their furbabies I thought I would too! I have 5 dogs so I will have to post a picture for each one!
This is our newest furbaby Mattie she is 7 years old, we have only had her 2 and a half weeks. She belonged to my husband's cousin and he couldn't keep her. Although we haven't had her long we absolutely ADORE her! 😍😍Since everyone is posting pictures of their furbabies I thought I would too! I have 5 dogs so I will have to post a picture for each one!
This is our 2nd newest furbaby Noel. We got her for my daughter's birthday. She is 6 months old and you can definitely tell she is a puppy! She is so full of energy! 💗💗This is my 3rd furbaby Rascal. He is a 5 year old Chihuahua and Noel's little play buddy. Rascal is a loveable, playful little thing! He also loves to cuddle under blankets. 💕The dog on the left is the 2nd oldest puppy of mine. Her name is Sophie, she is a terrier mix. She will be 10 years old this year. She is a BIG cuddler. She doesn't play too much and can be cranky towards the other animals. But she loves her older hooman's. 😘😘Last but not least this one is MY BABY. Her name is Molly and she is a 12 year old beagle mix. Everything anyone could possibly want in a furbaby is in my baby. She loves to play, cuddle, and she listens. She also can be protective of her hoomans. She also goes with me on my walks occasionally. This dog right here is the heart of our family. I have had her since before I met my husband and we started having a family. I would be lost without her. 😘😍💗💕I like when I get close with my macros. 😁I woke up with a bad headache so I decided to stay home and just relax for the day. I may try to do a small workout later just to get the blood flowing but we will see. Hopefully tomorrow I feel better. I have to work and continue my 5k training plan.Weekly and monthly check in: I haven't lost any weight. I keep jungking the same 3 lbs. I can't seem to break below 200. I have however lost 2 inches off my waist, so that is encouraging. I wouldn't think I'd hit a plateau 2 months in though (2 months this time, last year I lost 45 lbs and gained 13 back by the end of the year). I'm trying to focus on the inches I have lost but I would like to see the scale move a little.I had such a good day. Did 45 minute of strength training, worked for a few hours, finished up getting my son ready for baseball and then went to his very first game tonight. It was a busy day but I love days like this. I also LOVE Baseball season.

I am down 5 lbs. I tweaked my calories and started taking my workouts seriously. Now it has paid off. 😁💪🏆We have rain just about everyday for the next 10 days. So today I signed up for Planet Fitness. I am super excited!! 😁😁😁Weekly weigh in: Down 1.2 lbs this week! 😁👍💪🏆Happy St. Patrick's Day! 🍀🍀I have not been doing so good this past week. During the day I eat right but night time comes and I eat everything in sight. Normally I don't have junk food in the house but since school has been out I have to have food for the kids. It's like all my discipline and willpower has left me. I haven't been working out. I had a routine and now that routine is disrupted. I'm trying to remain strong and optimistic but it is hard. 🙁🙁🙁I am contemplating doing IF and was wondering if it is ok to put a lottle creamer or stevia in your coffee?? Thanks!! Y'all have a great day! 😁Did pretty good today. I also started IF last night and I didn't think it was too bad. Starting at 12 hours and will work my way up to the 16:8.Happy Easter everyone!
