It hasn't been easy, but I've lost 31 pounds since January 2nd 2017!A couple of months ago, I was unable to fit into this outfit. Now I'm ready for my grandson's first day of high school football. My tasty smoothie! It includes a half a cup of pineapple, 4 oz strawberries, half cup spinach one container of Greek yogurt, 2 oz of water. Not bad for 221 calories with 19 g of protein 0 fat 38g carbs and 5g fiber. And fillingWas very discouraged today about my lack of progress in getting below 195. Seems like I'm stuck forever. So.... I went to the garage to my "too small" clothes box and even found a new outfit. I shall persist!day 21 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 9/11/2017Getting there!I have now officially left the (1)90s!. Happily finding clothes too big!Despite increased stress, progress continues!One of the ways I motivate myself: stickers on my planner. 1 for 10K steps, 1 for staying within calorie limit, & 1 for weight loss.My son, a great cook, brings me groceries every Saturday. Yesterday, he left me a surprise!
