Last time I had dinner with bread I was making some ooh and ahh noises. I looked up and my husband was like uhh, what's going on over there? Making love to your bread?! Hahaha!!!
30 pounds down (rear view) ??
My 400 calorie pizza. For the whole thing! I used flat out flat bread, Rao's Homemade sauce, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, green pepper, onion and 2 slices of deli honey ham. Olive oil and garlic for flavor and healthy fats. Yum!!!
I just ran a mile. Without stopping. For the first time. In. My. Life!!! I just turned 32, two weeks ago! And not only that. My MIL called and said how my FIL was inspired by my weight loss and he plans to lose 30+ pounds just like me! That sure felt good to know someone was inspired by ME! Craziness!!!
My girls talked me in to trying on my wedding dress. I figured since I am back down to my wedding weight - it might be fun!! Haha!!! 30 pounds down!... 7 years later! But I did it!

No I'm not advertising dog food. This weighed 30 pounds. I've been wanting to take a picture with this to remind me of how heavy 30 pounds really is! I can't believe I carried that extra weight around. 20 more pounds to go. Then I'll take my picture with the 50 pound dog food! Haha Sorry for the bad pic- my 3 year old took it! LOL
Started lifting weight a few months ago. Finally seeing a little muscle popping through. I'm hoping as I lose more weight and keep lifting that I will be more "cut" looking. 🤞💪

I took my measurements about 9 or 10 months ago. 35 pounds down and measurements showing good progress. I am such a turtle but I don't mind. This is a lifestyle change. There is no finish line!! 💪🐢
Excuse another flex pic 💪. I've just never been dedicated enough to actually build some muscle. I'm slowly seeing some definition. Just need to get leaner! Anyone else lift free weights?? I'd like any tips I can get ✍️
Just went shopping over the weekend. I fit comfortably into a size 12!!! When I started, I was in a size 18! My goal is to get to a size 10. A dream would be to fit into a size 8, but not sure how that maintenance would work. I am 8 pounds away from a healthy BMI. Getting so close!
I'm back. After a 3 month hiatus. My husband and I spur of the moment sold our home and bought a new home. Talk about stressful. I've gained 22 pounds in that time. I can't believe I let myself gain the weight back. I stress ate a bunch of sugary foods and drinks and after horrible headaches and constant acne (and weight gain) I'm back at it to lose this weight again. Once and for all. I need some cheer and motivation! :)
My New Years Resolution is to get pregnant. I have secondary infertility and have had 2 miscarriages after having 2 healthy babies. I have done a lot of research on changing my diet in order to have healthier eggs. I need to have no more than 40% carbs (complex carbs), and 25-30% protein or more per day. Sparkpeople helps me to stay on track with this! Yay!
