I have my kids dancing with me and they enjoy it too! The key for me this go round is to understand there is no quick fix. It is going to take some time and determination! The models today are skinny and if we're not careful we will use that image as a marking point. As long as I become healthy that's all that matters. Face swollen because I have an abscessed tooth. Regardless of it all I made sure I did my exercise! I'm learning that determination is key to all success. That means that if you stay focused on a “keep going” attitude you will eventually attain success regardless of what you're faced with! Went to the dentist yesterday and now I'm feeling great! Just completed my last day of CIZE! Now on to the advance. I started out on 6/12/2017 and feeling a sense of accomplishment! After having my son on my 6 week check up I weighed 216 lbs. As I began to exercise the pounds began to drop slowly! Final weigh in today 207.2! I have a long way to go but I am excited!Family night was awesome! Went to TGI Fridays and I did well. Tracked my calories and drank water! Feeling good!
