Me in a size 10! (180 pounds)
So, I wasn’t going to workout today but decided that I could handle 10 minutes while watching the news. Showed me just how out of shape I am. Small little victories though - I actually worked out instead of just sitting on the couch! Happy New Year to all! 2018 is the year we will all be successful, even if it is just small little victories.
Did something for myself today. Got my hair done. Hoping to brighten up my day. I’m hungry even though I’ve had breakfast. Trying to avoid eating more though because we are going out to dinner and will need the calories. Will probably take a nap and then do my 10 minutes of exercise for today. Hope everyone is having a fabulous Friday. #metime
Day 7 also added a 30 minute walk with my husband. I’m officially a sweaty mess.
Day 13 in a row of at least 10 minutes. Was an exciting day. My daughter turns 16 tomorrow so we got bought her the “Trainer for a Day” tour at Gatorland. Was pretty cool getting to see her feed and wrestle alligators.
Day 14 in a row of 10 minute workouts. Had a wonderful day celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. I even managed to stay within my calorie range! I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
