I am scheduled to consume 1200 calories per day; eating breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an evening snack, and finally dinner. When I started, a month ago, this was easy to do. However, I know noticed that I am not hungry during my scheduled dinner time. Am I supposed to eat anyway? As, I would be missing between 300- 375 in calories and a deficit macros?
