Exactly one year. 26 pounds gone on my heart healthy diet my doctors put me on. Slow and steady wins the race. From 33% body fat to 23%. Starting weight of 148lbs now Iâ€™m 122. Eating vegan before 6pm to maintain and feel great! Keep sparking all!Happy Earth Day 2018, everyone! Iâ€™ll be gardening today after our rainy day in Dallas, TX yesterday.Truth.Back fat gone. I can see my shoulder blades again and fit into my old clothes again, except for the bikini Iâ€™m wearing which Iâ€™m now too small for as apposed totoo big for like in March of 2017(left photo), when I started Sparkpeople to now. Iâ€™m down 32lbs and 20 inches off all from personal accountability to eating healthier, and working out. Most of my workouts consisted of walking, due to stroke recovery since 2016, the most easiest thing to do!
