I am really proud of myself, I decided to walk to get my lunch today, I did 1.22 mile at 2.9 mph in 25 min. I'm slowly building my endurance and speed back up, I use to walk a mile in approx 15 min.

They also have a small gym upstairs which I took advantage of today because it's raining. I did 15 min on the treadmill, moderate walking, dont want to sweat as I am on my break and have to finish working:). But every little step counts.
