Made a new healthy snack this evening and i never knew that you can actually burn peanut butter(smells like burnt popcorn). Anyway after my second go at it, I have succeeded and they are quite yummy
Got up without hitting the snooze n got my workout done before 10am today. Work in a couple hrs. Hair is messy
Went to visit my family for the wknd. Didn’t have the best cell service out there, so I didn’t post or track anything.
So I’m having a hard time finding the time to workout, in between jobs so exhausted. Still watching what I’m eating. Only come on here when i have a spare moment but I’m still here. 11536 steps for yesterday
A berry blend smoothie to help with a new start
Day 3 of a new lifestyle. Getting ready for work. Slept in so no workout this morning but I’ll squeeze it in after work. Today is abs &legs day.
Today’s breaky. Another late start due to days off. But Bright n early for the rest of the wk
Forgot to post yesterday’s steps. Just made it past my 12000 target.
Got my steps in for the day. Workouts are going well. Finding less excuses to get them done.

Didn’t get in as mush steps today but I still succeeded my target of 12000.
Today was a crazy day. Was able to get in my steps for the day (target was 12000). No other exercises though and I’m ok with that.
14396 steps yesterday, was exhausted n didn’t post last night. 17239 steps today. Wanting to try some new smoothies soon. Maybe something with some spinach or kale. Any recipe ideas for me to try??
Yesterday’s steps. Didn’t get in much. My weight even went up which has disappointed me 😩 but what can I do?? Been doing so gd with my eating habits, working out for about half hr daily except for Saturday. Walking past my target(12000) everyday except for yesterday. Feel like giving up. But I won’t yet I hope

Took a couple days off. In-laws are in till Friday so it’s kinda weird trying to workout with them watching me. But I did manage to get a workout in this morning n hoping to wake up early enough to get one in before everyone wakes up.
Getting easier to achieve my 12000 step goal.
Had to take off a few days due to a foot injury. But happy to say that I got back to it today. Made my target for steps today. Yah!! Had to take it easy the past few days. Felt like just eating whatever but couldn’t lol (I don’t have much junk food anymore). Weigh in is tomorrow so I’m hoping that i at least stay where I was last week and if not, oh well.
Didn’t hit my target 12000 but oh so close. New job tomorrow. Can’t wear my step counter there so we’ll see how it goes tomorrow.
Well i was so exhausted yesterday I didn’t get to post anything. So the picture is what i did before and after work. According to the boss lady we do about 7000-10000 steps or more in a day. I figured i did about 7000 steps. But thanks to my workouts I don’t feel as sore as I thought i would. I like my new job, just don’t know how long I’ll be able to get up super early to do my workouts.
