New York Strip steak with cranberry maple rub and lightly sprinkled with smoked durango sea salt with asparagus and all cooked on a Himalayan salt slab. Though called a plantation Mount Locust doesn't at all resemble the image we typically conjure up of a southern plantation. The home is actually quite modest. I always liked this shot though it lacks strong composition.
