Hey sparkers. I really need some help I have my 6 month progress photo. I know I lost 32 lbs and around 18" so I obviously see a difference. But I don't think it is much and I'm getting kind of discouraged. Like what do you think? Am I just getting used to looking at my body or something?
I lost the first 40 lbs!!!!!!!!! I'm now 200 lbs! These next 50 lbs are going to be a game changer! Although honestly even if I just lose another 20 lbs I'll be happy. Surprisingly, now that I'm out of the 200s I'm happy and content. But I want to keep on keeping on and see where this next step in my life takes me!
I've officially lost 46 lbs and just took my progress photos!!!

I found this on Pinterest this morning. This is what 50lbs of fat looks like. I JUST hit the 50lbs lost mark and this picture blew my mind!
Soooooooo I currently weigh 186 and I lost a total of 32.25" also my face was ugly so I covered it 😂
