HELP I'm craving french fries!!!!
I ate everything in sight yesterday, WAS SHOCKED I still lost 1#. LC is the way to go to drop it and WATER WATER WATER. (everything I ate was LC or NO Carb)
10# down in 11 days, I'm so motivated

Medical setback, so here we START again....
NEW YEAR here we go AGAIN.... 

I reached a mini goal today !!! 17#'s gone (flu got 10 of them but HEY gone is GONE right?!) 
I fell off the wagon at a PARTY with CAKE at a restaurant with GOOD FOOD and lots & lots of DRINKING ~ action plan for next time....WEAR A MUZZLE
according to the SCALES I had a food fest instead of a biker birthday party.... BACK IN THE SADDLE TODAY (if my foot would reach my butt I would be kicking my own ass.)
The "weekend" stuck its FOOT on the scales. I'm all for a cheat day but what I did was ridiculous. I ATE EVERYTHING IN SITE...
10 #'s to ONE-derland.... I can see paradise by the dashboard lights....... come on ME!
WOW the long weekend kicked my butt, but at least I maintained, I didn't loose but I didn't gain....

I'm setting 5# mini goals the scale IS my friend. I weigh every morning and don't freak-out over a little up/down I drink a lot of water. I need ADULT SUPERVISION the scale keeps me in check
the weekend is around the corner I need to tape my mouth shut ~ anybody else??? LOL
well 207 today that's 19# down I used to love the weekends.. now its a battle to not screw up all my hard work. I GOT THIS ~ TGIF

I've been MIA for about a month {collecting Krispy Kreme boxes} back on track ~ didn't loose anything but didn't gain anything either... counting that as a WIIN!!!

My day started with a much needed motorcycle ride, nothing better to blow the cobwebs out of your head. Highly recommend trying it....

note to self: You've worked really hard to loose 28# and finally landed in one-derland. NOW STAY. Healthy eating, activities, spark'ing & with encouragement from my husband. SO SELF, don't screw this up, or I'm kicking my own butt.
I'm working on maintaining my one-derland status and as soon as I feel stable I'll reach my next 5# goal. I HAVE AN ACTION PLAN!!!
