This is me starting out

Afternoon/after work out snack.
The face of pain. I have fibromyalgia and something has triggered a flare up. I am thinking it might have been something in the iced coffee I had three days in a roll. Cause that is the only thing I have done different the last 3 days. I usually only have one once in awhile.
Getting my water in with some strawberry lemon water. I drink 2-3 of these glasses a day. They are 32 oz.
This is the breakfast that has helped me with my lifestyle change.
Smoothie: 1 cup spinach, 1 medium banana, 1 cup strawberry, 1tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. 3/4 of it fit in my glass, 223 calories. Gabe the other 4th to my husband.
When your tuna salad is more salad than tuna.
One egg, kiwis, tomatoes, and cucumber with pepper for lunch.
Did 45 minutes worth of workout on everything, arms, legs, and abs. Got a good sweat going today. Upped from 25 to 55lbs definitely felt the burn today.
Dinner tonight 3.6 oz fillet of salmon, 2 cups of cauliflower, and a nectarine.
I don't want to sound coincided, but I am proud of my self. The rest of the family wanted pizza. I made me this. 2 ounce flounder, a nectarine, and apple, and a cup and a half broccoli with butter and salt free Greek seasoning.
After work our meal. Lettuce, tomato, strawberries, sweet peppers, cucumber, and tuna. With cottage cheese for added protein.
1 piece 1.5 ounces of flounder, 1/4 cup sunflower kernels (added protein since my fish small), zucchini wedges, and cantaloupe for dinner.
I don't have any good before pictures. The first one was my son's senior prom. The others today. I have occurred for the next time.
I haven't put a new picture up in awhile. So here it is. I can see some changes in my face.
I had just gotten my hair done.
Trying green eye shadow. This is the most recent.
Not to hungry so for lunch roasted garlic hummus and cucumbers and grape tomatoes.
Birthday present from my hubby and family.
Light tuna and avocado salad with sweet peppers instead of crackers and grape tomatoes. Working on #eattherainbow.

My brunch. Breakfast burrito, Sargento pepper jack cheese stick, a bunch of grapes, strawberries, and a banana. Not pictured is v8.
My new water bottle. Already drank one bottle. I drink lime water with one or two strawberries cut up inside. No sugar of any kind.
