And I finished the day with over 15,000. Then I posted about my goal of 20,000 today. Well, it's not even 2pm here and I am over 18,000 already!See this image largerI DID IT!!! And with hours to spare!!!!!!See this image largerI know I have posted a few times today, but I am so proud of myself today. First time in such a long time. I had a goal of 20,000 steps today. But I pushed forward even more. This is where I am ending up the day. Add in some core exercises and hit 1 minute for my plank (I haven't done one in a long time. So I'm proud!), plus some yoga and some amazing stretching, with a very windy walk to the park with my husband and son, I think I had a very successful day today. :)See this image largerDoubled my goal for today! Not as good as yesterday, where I tripled it, but I also worked. Still feeling great! Body is sore. But I am loving it!See this image larger4th day in a row surpassing my daily goals in steps. Today was a slower day as I had to work. But I still challenged myself!See this image largerIt's been over a decade since I was last able to run. My goal was to run a 5k by the end of summer. Ummm...
